This privacy policy notice is for this website; The Autism Workroom and governs the privacy of those who use it. We process any personal data on a lawful basis in pursuit of our legitimate interests or with the users consent.

If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.
  
When you enrol to our course  you consent to processing your data for those reasons only. Your personal data is processed by a third party, Thinkific. You can un-enrol at any time.

If you send us an email ([email protected]) we will retain that email on our email system for 3 months.

If you make an enquiry about the course we will retain your personal data in order to act on your enquiry. Your email will not be used for any other purpose.
